We do prefer that we are alone in the home. The reason for this is that we often split up and are working on every floor of the home at the same time so we are quickly in and out of your clients home. ***We do require that home owners and dogs are out of the house while we work.*** We've had a few close calls with tripods tipping over with dogs/kids and have also found that we give better quality photos when we are left to concentrate. We are absolutely happy to meet you at the home, do a walkthrough discussing what you'd like us to showcase and then you're free to go get a coffee while we work.
We are a boutique real estate photography team. It is always Kendell and DJ showing up to shoot your listing. This ensures consistent quality and you can be confident in who is inside your clients home. Janelle is our graphic designer and our amazing jill of all trades. She is the one sending out your beautifully edited photography in the morning and your point of contact for quick questions. Look for her email in the mornings, it is Social@api360. Your invoices come from our dadccountant from admin@api360, his name is Jim and he is Kendell's dad so ya gotta be nice to him. He is the one to bug for any payment questions. Gus the doggo is our team mascot and he demands you adore him on our IG and FB.
Since we are a two person shooting team, we do need our weekends to recoup and recharge. We do not offer weekend shoots at this time since we shoot a ton during the week.
Good question! Our stellar customer service is one of the main things that sets us apart from our competition. Closely followed by the consistent quality of our images and video. Our exterior images always have a blue sky replacement so overcast days are no issue. The fact that it's always Kendell and DJ handling your clients allows you to feel confident with who you are sending into your clients homes. We are also very good at what we do!
We are located in downtown Hamilton and we shoot the surrounding area of Hamilton. If you have a shoot that is more than 30 minutes outside of Hamilton we do have a minimum booking fee to cover the additional time it takes out of our day due to the drive time.
